MUnique Technology GmbH is a young company on sustainable growth. Our DeepTech company has specialised in the field of optical measurement technology with an innovative length measuring device. The system enables a wide range of applications in the field of satellite constellations, secure communication and time transfer systems. It can be used to improve earth observation, satellite internet or navigation systems, for example.

This results in a diverse range of tasks. It includes theory and experimentation in electrical engineering, physics and mechanical engineering as well as participation in company development. Due to the high demand in our technology, we are looking for new staff at our location in Munich in the field of aerospace technology or mechanical engineer.

Tasks:

• Mechanical design and construction of satellite components
• Design and simulation with CAD software
• Optimisation by AI implementation
• Selection of materials and manufacturing processes
• Prototyping with 3D printing
• Planning and implementation of environmental tests (vibration, thermal, vacuum, irradiation)

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, micro- and nanotechnology or comparable
• Experienced professionals and career starters are equally welcome
• Experience with CAD design software (Fusion 360)
• Knowledge of measurement technology and optics advantageous
• Knowledge of Python, C++
• English (fluent), German (basic knowledge)
